Terms of Service

1. Who can use GoExtend

GoExtend Pharma is a business tool for pharmacies. You may use it if you are a pharmacy owner, or a staff member authorised by the owner, and you are able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. The service

GoExtend provides software for billing/POS, inventory, expiry tracking, reporting and related pharmacy-management features on Android and the web. We do not sell, dispense or recommend medicines to consumers.

3. Accounts & responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the actions of users you authorise.
• You must comply with all laws applicable to operating your pharmacy.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed for the period you choose. Payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp or phone (e.g. bKash, mobile banking, bank or card), and your account is activated or extended once payment is confirmed.
• Plans, limits and prices are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

6. Your data

Your pharmacy’s business data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.

7. Availability & warranties

We work hard to keep the service reliable, including offline support, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoExtend is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may request your data before it is deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
